Fast forward through 80° sleepless 2nd night and ECDI will not return calls or emails at all. 8+ hours, multiple emails and phone calls (majority declined) an AC repair man shows up unannounced while we were gone to pickup dinner for our kids and he's gone before we return with no explination and the AC still broken. We were understanding enough to wait until Thursday morning to report the issue prior to the office opening via email and then within 10 minutes of the email by calling the office.
